I wouldn't be surprised if few years down the line "lath-maar Holi" evolves into a mere rioting day. However, the more pertinent point is the indifference of the parents who seem to have lost out on learning from their previous generation(s). Who is to blame here - the lack of correct value transfer or the lack of time in our being part of the rat race that we do not/cannot pay attention to this.
